Project Description:

This project involves the programming, master planning and design of a Ninth Grade Center for Orange County Public Schools. This is the first K-12 project in Florida to be registered for LEED certification. The scope of this project consists of a 1,200 student campus including all academic classrooms and labs, support program such as art, music and career education. In addition, a complete cafetorium and gymnasium with sports fields used for practice facilities are included in the scope of design. The new 23,260 square foot Gymnasium building on campus was designed to support 9,216 square footage for a full-size basketball court, cross courts, and bleachers. Also the Gym houses locker rooms, P.E. and Wellness programs, classrooms, and athletic offices.
